Dr. Singh, an MBBS and MD in Pathology, plays a pivotal role in shaping the people and purpose agenda of TIPL. As a core member of the leadership team, she not only drives the group’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives but also oversees key areas such as human resource development and organizational management. With a strong belief that a company’s true strength lies in its people and its impact on society, Dr. Singh has led several transformative initiatives focused on social upliftment. Under her guidance, TIPL has actively championed causes like quality education, accessible healthcare, and sustainable livelihoods across all operating regions. Mr. Ashoke Kumar Panja is a visionary leader and accomplished Civil Engineer with over three decades of strategic and operational expertise in project management, infrastructure development, and construction execution. A Fellow of the Institution of Engineers (India) and Chartered Engineer, he has successfully led high-value projects across India and Africa, spanning industrial, institutional, and real estate sectors. As Vice President (Construction Head) at Greenply Industries Ltd., he has driven the end-to-end delivery of multiple greenfield plants with a sharp focus on quality, cost optimization, and timely commissioning. His leadership is marked by deep technical knowledge, cross-functional coordination, and a results-driven approach that consistently delivers shareholder value. With a legacy of working in marquee organizations like JMC Projects (kalpataru group) and Bridge S‹ Roof Mr Panja associated to complete several milestone project of IOCL, NCSM, NUJS, NALCO, Vedanta, Adani, Coal India, Ambuja etc Mr. Panja brings a rare blend of engineering acumen and executive insight. He is widely respected for his ability to align project execution with corporate strategy, operational excellence, and sustainable growth.
