NTPC-SAIL JV (M/s NSPCL) – Durgapur Steel Plant
Takshvi Infra successfully partnered with ISGEC Heavy Engineering Ltd to execute key civil works for the 2×20 MW power plant at NSPCL, Durgapur.
The project included construction of a three-storied RCC office & maintenance building, Turbo Generator building, coal conveyor systems, MCC room, pump house, 6 km approach road, 2 km boundary wall, and extensive land development, complete with electrical and plumbing installations.
With the project now completed, major executed quantities include:
Earthwork: 3.8 lakh Cum | Concrete: 12,918 Cum | Reinforcement: 1108 MT | Plumbing: ₹8.62 Lacs | Electrical: ₹12.94 Lacs, among others.

SAIL-DSP Plant – Phase-I Road Network
Takshvi Infra, in collaboration with M/s Hindustan Steelworks Constructions Ltd, successfully executed the Balance Road Network Package within the DSP Plant under SAIL.
The scope involved extensive civil works including soil stripping, earthwork, concrete paving, bituminous surfacing, and reinforcement installation—demonstrating our efficiency in delivering technically complex infrastructure.
Now completed, the project achieved major milestones such as:
Soil Stripping: 57,220 Sqm | Earthwork: 1.17 lakh Cum | Concrete: 28,727 Cum | Bituminous Work: 26,803 Sqm | Reinforcement: 828 MT.

Development Management Institute – Govt. of Bihar
Takshvi Infra, in partnership with M/s Simplex Infrastructures Ltd, is executing a prestigious project for the Building Construction Department, Govt. of Bihar, involving the EPC construction of the Development Management Institute.
The scope includes a multi-storey RCC framed structure with complete civil, structural, MEP, fire safety, HVAC, BMS, along with auditorium, sports complex, campus roads, boundary wall, and landscaping—delivered end-to-end on an EPC basis.
Currently under execution, the project has achieved a certified bill value of ₹160 Cr as of 30-05-2025, showcasing Takshvi Infra’s ability to handle integrated infrastructure with scale and precision.
Piped Water Supply Scheme – Purulia, West Bengal
Takshvi Infra, in collaboration with Machintosh Burn Ltd, is executing a critical water infrastructure project for the PHE Directorate, Govt. of West Bengal.
The project includes the construction and commissioning of RCC overhead reservoirs, pipeline distribution systems, and household tap connections across multiple zones in Purulia under the Piped Water Supply Scheme.
Currently under execution, the work is progressing steadily, reaffirming Takshvi Infra’s capability to deliver essential public infrastructure with precision, quality, and scale.
